What is the LoyalT Study?
It’s a study of retail loyalty programs in Canada. Conducted by adviso and Ad Hoc Research, LoyalT analyzes the behaviours, expectations, and perceptions of program members, in addition to ranking the best programs in the country.
Why should someone take an interest in studies on loyalty?
To identify what actually influences loyalty, understand the latest expectations of members, and adjust your strategies. But also to compare your program’s performance with that of your competitors and top performers through a personalized LoyalT report.
What factors influence the loyalty of my members?
The capacity of your program to engage your customers, be appreciated, and influence behaviour. These levers rely on a few variables: customer experience, the relevancy of offers and content, perceived value, and the level of generosity.
Why are loyalty programs important?
They enable an increase in customer retention as well as purchase and visit frequency while strengthening connection with the brand. Loyalty programs are also a key lever for collecting first-party data at a time when cookies are disappearing.
How do you measure members’ loyalty to a brand?
By combining purchase frequency, usage rate, NPS, and level of engagement. To take things a step further, a personalized LoyalT report evaluates your loyalty program across more than 25 KPIs and compares it to competing and leading Canadian programs.
