For more than 25 years, Technologia has supported professional development through a broad portfolio of training programs in human resources, information technology, project management, and communication. Over time, the expansion of its course catalogue and the accumulation of marketing initiatives made its offering increasingly complex, creating confusion for prospective and existing customers.

To support the evolution of its positioning, Technologia partnered with adviso to lead a strategic planning and digital repositioning initiative. Through stakeholder workshops, market analysis, and vision-setting exercises, adviso helped define a strategic direction that would better support the organization’s growth ambitions and business transformation.

To bring this vision to life, adviso also conducted extensive user research with current and prospective customers to better understand their needs, expectations, and pain points. These insights informed the design of a renewed digital experience and the development of a new platform aligned with Technologia’s evolving brand, transforming its online presence from a training catalogue into a true learning experience.
