Founded in 1926, Reitmans (Canada) Limited is one of Canada's largest women's apparel retailers, operating more than 600 stores nationwide and six distinct brands: Reitmans, Penningtons, Addition Elle, Thyme Maternity, RW&CO, and Hyba.

With a large ecommerce footprint and constantly evolving product inventories, Reitmans sought new ways to scale customer acquisition, drive online sales, and improve advertising efficiency. To achieve these objectives, the company partnered with adviso to test Facebook Dynamic Ads for Broad Audiences across its portfolio of brands.

So the mandate was to increase the reach of Reitmans’ digital campaigns, drive qualified traffic to its ecommerce platforms, boost online sales, and improve return on advertising spend. 

Facebook dynamic ads for broad audiences have been a very successful solution for us, and we achieved unexpected results. This campaign contributed greatly to our acquisition strategy by bringing a more than 60% increase in new online visits, while increasing return on ad spend by over 80% and the conversion rate by over 50% compared to last year’s prospecting initiatives.
